Designed by the prestigious firm, Hidden Architecture, the newly built cottage suite defines coastal elegance and modern design in the heart of Ogunquit Village.

Inspired by the vibrance of nature, bold greens and soft blue hues complement natural tones and contrast perfectly with pink-coral pops of color. Vaulted ceilings create voluminous rooms blending open-concept living with thoughtfully defined spaces. The custom kitchen with stainless appliances, floating oak shelving and brass design elements is fully equipped with all the needed essentials. A corner dining banquette creates an intimate cozy space for memorable meals with family and friends.

A living room with 55” Frame tv, a sleeping loft, and convertible sofa. An oversized bedroom with king-bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, laundry and a hexagonal tiled bath with shower provide you a perfect getaway. The light-filled space has wide-plank white-oak hardwood flooring, dimmable lighting, ceiling fans and designer furnishings. A double French door opens to an expansive partially covered terrace with coastal rocking chairs and intimate alfresco dining creating an ideal outdoor living space to enjoy the relaxed beach town overlooking picturesque Ogunquit village. A perfect setting for taking in fresh ocean breezes or simply watching the passersby.

The suite accommodates up to four guests with a plush Casper king bed, superior sheets, and non-allergenic bedding. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa or a sleeping loft, ideal for kids or short-term guests. Amenities include energy-efficient heating, A/C, ceiling fans, blackout blinds, and a white-noise machine. The kitchen features a 6-burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, ice-maker, and dishwasher, plus cookware, dinnerware, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, and pantry staples. Bathrooms offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. The suite also has smart security, games, and local beachscape art by Gray Malin.
