Thank you. All bookings are charged 9% Maine Lodging Sales Tax. A cleaning fee of $59.00. A refundable security deposit of $250.00 (hold placed on credit card). Pup Fee $35.00 (if applicable). Additional charges may apply. Rates and charges are subject to change without notice. Full payment for bookings is required and collected in order to confirm your stay. If booking in advance 50% deposit is required to confirm your stay and the remainder 50% due 30 days prior to the date of your check-in. Limit 4 guests maximum per suite. Policies & Procedures:
Check-in / Check-out – Check-in time is 3pm, Check-out time is 10am our cleaning service arrives promptly, please be respectful of an on-time departure. Parking cars in the driveway of the property after 10 a.m. can interfere with our cleaners and inspectors.
We are excited to have you as our guests and hope you have a wondrous and joyful vacation here at Twenty Shore in Ogunquit, Maine. The Guest(s), booking the rental is responsible for all other persons who will occupy and stay at the property. Should the guest number exceed the stated count at time of booking, an additional per person charge may be required and/or all guests may be required to vacate the property without refund. No more then 4 guests shall ever be allowed to occupy property without previous written approval.
Day of Departure / Cleaning – Your guest suite has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your check-in. Upon checkout please leave things in the same condition. Kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils, cookware should be cleaned and put away as they were found. Remove unwanted items in the refrigerator and discard. An additional cleaning charge will be applied if left unkept.
Pets – We do have a 'Small Dog Friendly' Suite, please inquire. Unless permitted, pets are not allowed on the premises Guest(s) who bring a pet(s) on to the premises may be required to vacate the property with no right to a refund. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing previously.
Cancellations – All cancellations must be made in writing 30 days prior. In the event of a cancellation, TWENTY SHORE will do everything possible to re-rent your requested dates and if successful will return your deposit minus a $99.00 cancellation/re-booking charge.
Smoking – We are a smoke free environment. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR CANDLES ALLOWED ON PREMISES. No smoking in guest suites, common hallways, back deck or within 50ft of the building. No exceptions, a fee of $250.00 will be charged if not compliant.
Damages / Theft – Damages, extra cleaning fees and theft will be charged to the credit card or security deposit on file accordingly.
